Lore Dump: Allies & Enemies
The current climate of Foxbridge is peaceful with all of the regions. This is primarily due to Amattia and their deep pockets. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t some tug of war with territories. The regions have always remained the same since before the war.
For the most part, the regions have the same amount of territory with Boloto Swamps being the smallest region and the Dreadpeak Mountains being the largest spanse of land in comparison.
One of the main preventions for neutrality between regions is the sway that Amattia has over them. Amattia not only has the most funding but also the largest military of the four regions, they typically stay out of political conflicts to maintain peace with all regions and are accommodating to most demands.

Before the regions were established by humans, Foxbridge City was the capital of all the regions. But as time passed and more began to settle, the regions went back to their original separation. This was primarily because of the lack of leadership that the King of Foxbridge City displayed in the time of the human settlement. It was also a time of rebellion for the people of the capital which caused the separation in economies amongst the regions.
Namubada’s Diplomatic Sway
Namubada only has a peace treaty with Amattia. So how do they get along with every other region? The Emperor realized that they had the smallest territory out of all four regions and also the weakest military, so it was only a matter of time before Foxbridge City attempted a take over of their lands. This was another reason for the economy that the Emperor of the Wei Lin Dynasty developed that included the Undergrounds. Because Namubada has the Underground on their side, they have the ability to crash every other economy in the region. This is the primary reason for their preserved territory.

Rosehill Plains
The Rosehill Plains are technically owned by Foxbridge City but they still remain independent territory and are mainly used for agriculture. Most of the towns and villages occupying Rosehill Plains have developed their own economy with the self sufficiency of their agricultural lifestyle. This is another territory that holds a lot of sway when it comes to the trade industry but they do not technically have a “ruler” which merges them with Foxbridge City. Thornberry Woods has been considered sacred grounds since before the dragons and humans have been unable to tame these woods or settle the territory in any way. So it remains a permanently neutral territory and is preserved. Thornberry Woods is primarily protected by the Elder Goddess Etris and her guardians that protect the forest from humans or other evil entities. The forest’s vastness and density prevents most humans from venturing in. It is the only territory in Foxbridge that remains unexplored and unmapped.
